Pascale Déry is a Canadian politician who has been involved in federal and provincial politics. She initially sought the Conservative Party of Canada nomination for the Mount Royal riding in the 2015 federal election but was unsuccessful, losing to Robert Libman. However, she was nominated for the Drummond riding in the same election, ultimately finishing in fourth position. This experience marked the beginning of her political career, which would later shift to provincial politics.

Déry's career gained momentum in the 2022 Quebec general election, where she was elected to represent the riding of Repentigny as a member of the Coalition Avenir Québec. Following her election, she held several ministerial positions. On October 20, 2022, she was appointed Quebec's Minister of Higher Education. A cabinet reshuffle led to her appointment as Minister of Employment on September 10, 2025. Most recently, Premier Christine Fréchette appointed her as Minister of the Environment, the Fight Against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks in 2026, underscoring her growing role in Quebec's provincial government.
