Frank Meisler was a multifaceted creative professional, excelling in both architecture and sculpture. His life's journey began in the Free City of Danzig, where he was born, and later continued in England, where he spent his formative years. In 1956, Meisler made a significant move to Israel, a country that would become his home for over six decades.

Meisler's personal life was marked by meaningful relationships and milestones. In 1953, he married Batya (Phyllis) Hochman, with whom he had two daughters, Michal Meisler Yehuda and Marit Meisler. As a devoted family man and talented artist, Meisler left an indelible mark on the world of art. His life came full circle in Jaffa, Israel, where he passed away in 2018, leaving behind a legacy that reflects his unique blend of architectural and sculptural expertise.
