John Friedman

John Friedman is a prominent American economist with a distinguished career in academia. He holds multiple positions at Brown University, including Professor of Economics, Chair of Economics, and Professor of International and Public Affairs. His expertise in economics has also led to his involvement in other esteemed institutions, such as the National Bureau of Economic Research, where he serves as a Research Associate.

In addition to his academic roles, Friedman co-directs Opportunity Insights, a organization focused on economic research.
